Introduction

Mega.ai is a Denmark-based company offering AI-driven voice solutions that transform the "Order to Cash" (O2C) process. Their intelligent AI agents support businesses with debt collection, customer engagement, and retention — making operations faster, more efficient, and fully compliant with regulations like GDPR.

When I transitioned to a new role at Momentum91, Mega.ai was my very first project with the company. It was an exciting opportunity to contribute as a Web Developer, bringing their innovative brand to life through a modern, high-performing website.

The Goal

The main objective of the Mega.ai website was to create a professional, scalable, and engaging digital presence that showcased their AI voice technology. The site needed to:

• Present complex AI solutions in a clear, simple way

• Deliver a smooth user experience with animations and interactions

• Be responsive across all devices

• Provide an SEO-friendly foundation for discoverability

• Allow easy content management through Webflow CMS

My Role & Contribution

As the Web Developer on this project, I was responsible for translating the design vision into a fully functional, optimized website. My work included:

• Custom development in Webflow to match design specifications

• Building responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile

• Creating animations and micro-interactions for a dynamic experience

• Setting up CMS collections for scalable content management

• Implementing SEO best practices to support visibility and ranking

Challenges & Solutions

This project presented a unique challenge — the initial design was delivered in Photoshop, which made accurate development and responsive adaptation difficult. To solve this:

• I converted the Photoshop files into Figma, ensuring smoother collaboration and consistency

• I carefully calculated and adjusted responsive breakpoints to maintain design integrity across devices

• I optimized animations and interactions to balance performance with visual appeal

The Results

The final website for Mega.ai delivered:

• A modern and professional digital presence aligned with their AI brand

• Seamless responsiveness across devices and browsers

• Engaging animations that highlighted their innovative technology

• A scalable CMS-driven structure for easy updates

• An SEO-optimized foundation for better reach in the AI solutions market

Reflection

The Mega.ai project was a significant milestone as my first project at Momentum91. It allowed me to apply and sharpen my skills in Webflow development, responsiveness, and problem-solving while working with a global client in the cutting-edge AI industry. The experience strengthened my ability to handle complex design-to-development challenges and deliver results that merge creativity with functionality.
