Introduction

Momentum91 is a global company that helps businesses build and manage dedicated offshore technology teams in India. Their mission is to give companies the flexibility to scale their tech capabilities without the complexity of setting up operations in a new country.

When the project began, the Momentum91 website was already live on Webflow but had grown messy over time. While it looked fine on the surface, the backend structure was overloaded with duplicate classes, inconsistent naming, and complex layouts that slowed performance. The site was difficult to maintain and even harder to scale.

The Goal

The revamp focused on three key objectives:

  • Simplifying the class structure for long-term scalability.

  • Improving page speed and overall performance.

  • Ensuring flexibility to adapt quickly to future business changes.

To achieve this, the website was rebuilt with a cleaner and more efficient structure, following Webflow best practices and optimization techniques.

Role & Responsibilities

The project scope included:

  • Rebuilding the class system using Client-First by Finsweet (in the first revamp).

  • Optimizing speed and performance across the website.

  • Developing responsive layouts for all devices.

  • Setting up a scalable CMS for easier content management.

  • Establishing SEO foundations to support growth.

Challenges & Solutions

Challenge 1: Overcomplicated Structure
The original Webflow build used multiple classes for identical functions, making updates time-consuming and risky.
Solution: The site was rebuilt using the Client-First style system, creating a consistent and maintainable structure.

Challenge 2: Rapid Business Pivot
Just a month after the first revamp, Momentum91 shifted its services to focus on offshore teams in India. The updated positioning needed to go live within one week.
Solution: A second revamp was executed using a lighter, agile structure that maintained performance while meeting the tight deadline.

Results

The website transformation delivered:

  • A faster, optimized site with improved performance.

  • A responsive design for a seamless experience across devices.

  • A simplified class structure that streamlined future updates.

  • A flexible foundation capable of adapting to evolving business needs.

Reflection

This project highlighted the importance of balancing scalability with agility. The first revamp established a strong structural foundation for long-term growth, while the second demonstrated the ability to pivot quickly under time constraints. Both approaches aligned with Momentum91’s goal of maintaining a clean, fast, and future-ready website.
